As a Roman Lakes Wedding Photographer, it was a pleasure to get back this wonderful venue in the Marple area of Stockport. Roman Lakes is a family run Wedding & Events venue with stunning views. The building and grounds are just perfect for a private celebration away from the hussle and bussle.

Bradley and Bethany chose a hand fasting ceremony for their celebration. Bradley waited eagerly while the bridesmaids lead the way for Bethany. The family dog was the ring bearer which was great fun for the guests. The ceremony was great fun to photograph and everyone gave a huge cheer.

Roman Lakes has some fantastic areas for photographs. It was raining so we didn’t venture far. Everyone was really relaxed and informal which really suited my style of photography. Group shot swere very informal and quick so guests could spend more time enjoying themselves. The food was a cold buffet and was perfect for the kind of vibe they were going for.

Speeches were great fun to photograph. I had so much room and natural light to play with. Speeches are one of my favourite parts of the day. I love capturing the joy and emotion of people’s faces.
Roman Lakes is the perfect area for taking a stroll for those all important couple shots. It had been raining all day but sometime’s you just have to wait and have a walk later which we did. I never force couple’s to pose for photos,I just capture natural emotion as it happens.
