WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER.
As a regular Oh Me Oh My Wedding Photographer, I always love to meet many couple’s who are having any sized gathering. Ben & Carly’s wedding was on a winter’s afternoon. Furthermore they really wanted my relaxed style. Undoubtedly the most enjoyable part of any wedding day is making couple’s feel at ease throughout the time
Photographing Ben & Carly’s wedding was one of the most enjoyable weddings I have ever shot in Liverpool. As I always say, it doesn’t matter where your wedding is or how many guests you have. As with all weddings, I still provide you with memories to last forever.
A MICRO WEDDING.
Being asked to photograph any wedding is always an honour. Ben & Carly chose Oh Me Oh My for their whole celebration with just close family. I first met nervous Ben for the first time at the front, I liked Ben straight away. Although not an official wedding as this had already taken place, everyone still waited nervously for Carly to appear.
It’s all very relaxed at Oh Me Oh My and very much away from the general public so you really do get privacy. It was thoroughly enjoyable to have so much space to move around. The Celebrant officially gave the sound of cheer to the guests to join in.
As it was very cold outside, we were allowed to throw confetti inside which is always great fun. No one likes to be stood outside in January.
AN INTIMATE CELEBRATION IN A GRAND SPACE.
Guests were freely able to move around while listening to Ross and his acoustic set in the wonderful space.
Obviously a wedding isn’t a wedding without a big group shot. Instead of the usual group shot in front of the guests, I made my way up to the balcony for a different look to the shot. Indeed, it’s not always that easy to get this shot but all the guests were on top form and Carly was really keen on the shot.
I thoroughly enjoy speeches, especially when I can freely walk around a huge space without getting in anyone’s way. During speeches, I don’t stick a camera in anyone’s face but always from the background. I have many lenses and I can easily capture the joy and emotion without being obtrusive. All the speeches were undoubtedly emotional and humorous.
