Oddfellows on the park wedding photographer.
Oddfellows on the Park is a boutique hotel set in the parkland of Bruntwood Park in Stockport. I’ve been visiting the park since a child so I know it well. I also got to know Dave and Lisa well in the run up to their wedding. Dave and Lisa a Rock fans and was a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxed day.

Lisa was getting ready in one of the suites at Oddfellows and had full hair and make up prep taking place. It was all very relaxed with family popping their heads in to say hi. Dave was downstairs mingling with friends and family with the string quartet warming up.
THE CEREMONY.
Oddfellows is the perfect venue for a intimate ceremony with its modern boutique interior. Lisa made her way down the aisle and was given away by her Son. The Ceremony was conducted by Sophie & Carol from Stockport Registration Service and as usual gave a warm welcome to all. Sophie soon pronounced Dave & Lisa Man & Wife.

All the dressing was expertly completed Liz at Ambience with the main theme being Rock music. Dave is a huge fan and the black and red theme really worked.
The room was perfect for me to work around and document all the joy and emotion .
the rain stopped.
I normally photograph the confetti, group shots and some couple shots straight after the ceremony. However, it really rained and it’s never a good idea for everyone to be wet and misserable all day. After the wedding breakfast we headed utside to enjoy the moment. This was one of the craziest confetti moments I’ve seen. Absolute carnage!
We just managed to get some Group photographs before glasses neede to be topped up again!
let's take a stroll.
When it comes to couple shots, we just take a stroll around, nothing serious. The grounds at Oddfellows are perfect and we had a laugh and a great shoot before taxis arrive.
