JUN & ANAHI
MANCHESTER REGISTRY OFFICE & COCOA CABANA
Jun & Anahi decided at short notice to get married and asked if I could offer a bespoke package around their wedding day. I jumped at the chance of of photographing for them before they embarked on their new chapter together in Japan. They were both great fun to be around and all their friends and family were waiting outside the registry office for their arrival in the late summer heat. Although the Town Hall is closed for refurbishment, that didn't stop that all important confetti shot at the side of Central Library. Manchester City Centre has an abundance of architecture, steeped in history. Wherever your wedding ceremony is or however big or small your budget is, there's never a shortage of locations for your photographs.
A WALK AROUND THE CITY
Anahi & Jun specifically asked for a walk around the City of Manchester where they first met and had been living for the last few years. Once we had a few group shots we were off around the city to get those all important shots of them both, nothing posed, just natural.
PARTY AT COCOA cabana
It was then off to Cocoa Cabana, Ancoats for cakes and my favourite type of food- a selection of meats and cheeses.
Cocoa Cabana is a chocolatier, tearoom and cocktail bar located in the Ancoats area of the city and is a perfect location for an informal celebration.
