As a regular Didsbury Parsonage Wedding Photographer, it was a pleasure meet Katie & Sophie upstairs ready for all their guests to arrive. They were very excited and I new straight away that the afternoon was going to full of joy. Sophie & Kate were the perfect couple to photograph. Furthermore, their family and friends were an absolute pleasure to photograph too.

The Didsbury Parsonage is a really unique venue, tucked away near Fletcher Moss Gardens. I’ve photographed a few weddings here now and it really does have an intimate feel and somewhere unique too.

Sophie & Katie were now married and it was time to greet all their friends and family outside the main door for the confetti. It never fails to create such a celebration where everyone can give a good cheer.

The gardens are fantastic at Parsonage, very well look after by volunteers. Although the gardens are open to the public, it’s really not a problem, I’m very used to taking photographs of couple’s in public places. We just took a stroll, had a laugh and before we knew it we were back to the guest.
Next it was off into town for the party
After the wonderful Didsbury Parsonage it was off into town to the fantastic venue called GRUB. This was a temporary venue which was soon to be occupied by developers. In the meantime the old office building has been used to entertain many weddings and this was one of the best I have photographed.
Sophie and Kate’s Mothers both made great speeches and so did friends. Capturing the laughter is great fun and the natural light and space made it really enjoyable.
