NORTHERN MONK, MANCHESTER

Well, what a celebration it was at Northern Monk in the Northern Quarter, Manchester. Becky & Liz invited their closest friends to an engagement party. Little did the guests know that they were actually attending an evening wedding reception. The two ladies were already married and had a private ceremony at a register office in the City.

Being my home City, I'm always really looking forward to a stroll through the streets, there's a wonderful vibe in the Northern Quarter and it's full of nooks off the beaten track.

Before the guests arrived, the three of us took a quick stroll round the streets just as the sun was setting. Both the ladies were a little nervous of having their picture taken but the nerves soon eased as Becky's infectious laugh bellowed through the back streets of the Northern quarter.
